Albert Speisman is nationally known for his expertise in revenue cycle management and a former Director of Patient Accounts. He has also worked as Hospital Administrator/Economist for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Associations and served as an attorney for Health Insurance Association of America, where he did the original legal analysis on PPO's and focused on differentials (Silent PPO discounts). He has testified before state legislative committees and regulatory agencies on health care finance issues.
